Description:
Seeking someone to help out with KGNU headlines on Fridays! Help research, write, edit, and/or voice headlines for production. No prior experience is required. You will be trained by the news department.
Schedule:
1 hour each Thursday afternoon, to research and write headlines. After training, this can be done remotely or in person, at a time of day that works for you.
1.5 hours each Friday morning from 7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m., to add any breaking news, voice headlines on the Morning Magazine, and edit the audio for web and afternoon broadcast.
Total: 2-2.5 hrs/week
Fully remote option:
If you are interested in researching/writing headlines, but not coming in to voice them over the air, that can be done.
