This workshop led by Rocky Mountain Community Radio Managing Editor (and former KGNU News Director) Maeve Conran will focus on best practices for interviewing for radio.
We'll discuss how to approach an interview for long form interviews, shorter news pieces, and interviewing people for feature stories.
Topics will include preparing for interviews in ways that make the editing process more efficient, best practices for audio gathering for interviews, and how to approach editing interviews.
Please note this will be an in-person training at our Gnu Community Media & Cultural Center at 1720 14th St! Come prepared to start right at 6. No need to bring anything but yourself, and a way to take notes if you wish.
