JPG

• Best for: Uploading stand-alone photos (pictures you are posting as-is, with no editing or layering).

• Why: Smaller file size, loads faster on social media.

• Important: Does not support transparent backgrounds (will always have a solid background).

PNG

• Best for: Adding logos, graphics, or photos into other designs where you need a clear background.

• Why: Higher quality, supports transparent backgrounds (no white box behind the image).

• Important: Larger file size, but necessary for polished, professional-looking graphics.
