- is extremely detail-oriented
- is available for 1-2 hours once a week
- wants to help get the word out to our listeners about ways they can be civically engaged and politically active
... to compile events for our Civic Action Calendar. You'd compile info about protests, civic engagement opportunities, and other relevant activities for the upcoming week and write them in a certain format to be read on the radio and posted on our website. The final product must be ready each week by Wednesday afternoons/evenings, so another of our volunteers can record the audio Wednesday nights for it to air Thursday mornings. So ideally you'd be free 1-2 hours on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
This could be done remotely or in-person at the station.
